Rates & Deposits:
Rates are based on weekly double occupancy. A deposit of 50% of the total rate is required to confirm your reservation. The balance is due 60 days prior to your arrival. We prefer a check for the deposit and balance due, as we have to pay the credit card processing fees our of our pocket — but you are welcome to use a credit card (Visa & Mastercard) if you choose.
If you must cancel, your deposit will be refunded if we re-rent the villa, less 10% for administrative costs charged by our Property Management Company. We highly recommend Trip Insurance for all trips, especially those during hurricane season, June - November.
Taxes & Fees
Not included in the rental rate is is a $50 non-refundable Security Waiver Fee (covering damage up to $500) and a $50 non-refundable Reservation Fee charged by our Property Management Company, and a 12.5% Virgin Islands Hotel Tax that must be collected. There are also applicable fees for late arrivals (after 9:00pm), multiple escorts to the villa from our management company, extra guests, or if your stays are five days or less. Please contact us for details on these additional fees if they apply to you.
